Brendan J Murphy

My Grandmother left Bausheen, Kilgarvan civil parish, Co. Kerry, Ireland in April 1930 in search of a better life. She and her twin sister arrived in Boston on April 8th 1930 aboard the RMS Cedric, an ocean liner owned by the White Star Line. I have the freckles to prove it. I have lived in New England my entire life and went to college in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. I was on the ski team in college and still ski regularly. We had 20 feet of snow last year so that worked out well. In my free time I also enjoy playing the drums, doing yoga, or listening to music. I am currently a senior software engineer at Liberty Mutual Insurance.
